*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. - A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax
Guests that wish to use the Sea Isle amenities may purchase the pass for $100 (for up to 10 guests, for one week). Please make arrangements prior to arrival. Sea Isle POA is closed on weekends and holidays. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day
